RSIGNIA ENTERS LETTER OF INTENT TO ACQUIRE

Rsignia recently submitted a letter of intent to acquire ISAAC Research, Inc. a privately held 100% USA owned, Chapter C Massachusetts Corporation. ISAAC Research is the manufacturer of packet capture and generation tools. As an advanced electronic security firm, they are consistently a price point leader for packet capture and generation. ISAAC Research is the creator of industry standard diagnostic tools and software and inventors of unique network security.
Rsignia and ISAAC Research have been working closely together in the past year building upon and enhancing unique security products. PacketJet™ capture and generation software, ISAAC Research’s proprietary product, has applications in law enforcement remote capture, email rewrite of data, bandwidth reduction, forensic network stream storage, deep packet inspection, custom flow creation, content traffic filtering and lawful intercept that operate on line rates up to 20Gbs, on multiple interfaces, and provides time-stamped network evidence.
Rsignia’s intent to acquire ISAAC Research, Inc. will prove to be an additional vital asset to the organization as they continue the successful development of their own engineered cyber security products. These products will demonstrate the future ubiquitous tools that will meet the cyber security protection demands of today and well into the future.
